It’s been about two months and the most they could manage is a small cap, that they will probably find a way to charge us for, and a butt load of finger pointing. Oh, speaking of finger pointing. New finds point out that the Brits aren’t all to blame for America’s worst oil spill ever. There are a few low key players behind the scenes at BP. A familiar one at that. Dick Cheney.
Not to harsh on your otherwise glorious summer, but while your out there (like me) enjoying a relatively clean beach, remember that our folks down south still got it pretty shitty. While everyone and their mom wants to blame Obama, BP, crooked politicians and the like, the gulf, the animals, and the people still suffer. Don’t forget it, most importantly, don’t let our politicians think we forgot it.
Teaxs Board of Education (please read this article). I’m going to do my best not to soapbox this one for your sake and mine. May 21st, 2010 The Texas Board of Education failed the children of Texas and possibly most of the nations children as they passed numerous amendments to their current text book curriculum. Sociology, History, Economics all have been rewritten in detail. Heres a few of my favorites:
The down play of Thomas Jefferson’s role in the writing of the Constitution because it was him who coined the term “Separation of Church and State”
Switching the term for Capitalism to “Free Enterprise System”, because admittedly conservatives feel it has negative connotations.
Students will be taught of the violent philosophy of the Black Panther Party.
Students will be taught about the “conservative resurgence” in the 1980-1990s.
Honorable mention: To refer to the current president of the United States as “Barrack Hussein Obama”
Not everything is funny all the time. Generations of kids nation wide are going to be taught the lies and half truths of a handful of extremely-right wing white folks in Texas because…we let them.

Its horribly awesome. I really don’t know how else to describe it. Ignored Prayers has be an interweb “go-to” for over a year now and with the world as small as it is, I now work with the retard that is responsible for this madness. I’ll just say, it all makes sense now. Keep up the good work buddy!
Bososoku: “Violent Running Gang”. The homie Spayde brought this one to my attention today. Japanese dudes are a wild bunch. Boring from western subcultures and taking it to the other end of the spectrum. I personally think this shit is retarded, but I give them a billion cool points on originality and dramatic effect! I do like the plainer looking rides though. The pipes and the lift in the back though? its like if Transformers landed in the middle of *National City 20 years ago. Love it!
